Chief minister Kiran Kumar Reddy was in Delhi today, which created tension among certain political leaders from the state. Kiran met AICC in charge of political affairs Gulam Nabi Azad and even Rahul Gandhi. Now political leaders are wondering as to what could be the reason behind CM meeting Azad and Rahul Gandhi now.
Also, immediately after meeting Kiran, Rahul Gandhi met prime minister Manmohan Singh. This triggered another debate among political circles. It is known that the cabinet expansion is round the corner and looks like Congress big wigs are taking the opinion of Kiran Kumar Reddy on candidatures. Notably, Chiranjeevi and Renuka Chowdhary are in a race for cabinet berth and sources said time and again that Chiranjeevi would be given the top priority since he sacrificed his PRP and merged with Congress for the welfare of the public.
