Who will become next home minister?

With CBI filing chargesheet against home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy, the observers said that the government is most likely to change her portfolio/ministry. In order to avoid criticism from the opposition parties that how could a home minister handle law and order situation when she herself will be busy attending courts, the sources said government may allot home ministry to some other leader and some other ministry to Sabitha Indra Reddy.

If buzz has to believed, many leaders have already met chief minister and asked him to allot home ministry to them. They include DK Aruna, Damodara and Botsa. Since home minister is now a woman, chances are bright that this ministry would be allocated to a woman. Therefore, observers said that DK Aruna is most likely to become the home minister. No petrol in state from Monday?

To all those commuting by their vehicles, here's something important! The lorry drivers' association has called for a state wide bandh from Monday against the government decision of not waiving off the VAT. So, lorries are most unlikely to ply. And it's obvious that petrol bunks will run short of fuel if trucks don't supply sufficient fuel to the filling stations.

Notably, this is not the first time wherein such a situation has taken place. Many a time lorry drivers called for bandhs, which resulted in filling stations putting up the boards 'no fuel.' It's most likely that there would be a bee line at almost all petrol bunks from today.

It's her decision to quit or not: JC on Sabitha resignation

Congress senior leader JC Diwakar Reddy has reacted on the resignation demand of home minister Sabitha Indra Reddy. Mr Diwakar Reddy has said that it is home minister alone who should decide whether she would resign to the party or not. Also, he has said that it was unfortunate that allegations chargesheet was filed against some ministers.

The observers said JC Diwakar Reddy's statements subtly indicate that Sabitha Indra Reddy must resign from the post if she wants to. It is known that when CBI filed chargesheet against Sabitha Indra Reddy under several sections of IPC reportedly including IPC section 420 (cheating case), the home minister was presumably upset and hurt over 420 case filed against her. She even mentioned the same to the media that it had hurt her.

Following the chargesheet that made Sabitha Indra Reddy the fourth accused in Jaganmohan Reddy's illegal assets case, the home minister decided to step down from her post but then she took her decision back as chief minister reportedly wanted her not to resign.

Operation cinema: Boy slits driver's throat

Movies are really influential? Whether you believe or not! If used correctly, visual medium can create wonders. However, if wrong things are emphasized in a more stylish way then there are more chances of teenagers to get attracted to this stuff and implement that same crime in real just like a 13-year-old boy in Nellore.

If we dig into details, the boy approached Gudur taxi stand on April 12 and hired a taxi stating that his uncle's car broke down and that his uncle would pay for the taxi after reaching the place. After reaching Molakalapundla, the boy got down the car to attend a nature call. As he got back into the car, he slit the throat of the car driver with a metal blade.

There's no intention behind this criminal act. Although the boy initially said the driver tried to kidnap him, he finally admitted to crime after proper investigation. The boy said that he did that act just for fun as he got influenced by a movie! How pathetic it is...Who should be blamed?
