AICC supremo Sonia Gandhi has reportedly directed AICC in charge of AP affairs Gulam Nabi Azad and AICC political observer to Andhra Pradesh, to submit a report on Andhra Pradesh including the burning Telangana issue by tomorrow evening. Sources close to AICC told Andhra Wishesh that these leaders have already started working on the report.
The observers said since winter parliament sessions are round the corner, Sonia Gandhi might have made this announcement. Nonetheless, they even said it looked like Sonia Gandhi wanted to take a decision on Telangana issue and put an end to the turmoil in the state. One has to keep fingers crossed till tomorrow evening to know what the report would contain and whether Congress high command would release the contents of the report to the media.
