Official declaration of Telangana by AICC

An official TV announcement is made by the Congress party official Spokesman Ajay Maken that the decision is taken for the division of the State in to two States by the AICC.  Hyderabad will serve as joint Capital to host the offices of the two bifurcated States for ten years.  

Although at many places the people of Telangana are jubilant, the TRS party announced that the celebrations will be made only after the bill is passed.  As it is only an announcement from the Congress party, TRS leader Taraka Rama Rao says, the jubilations are postponed till the bill of separate Telangana gets passed in the Parliament.
